1. What Pokémon products do you sell in-store?
We offer a wide range: boosters, blisters, bundles, gift boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), displays and Pokémon accessories. Our stock changes regularly with new arrivals and restocks.
2. Can I browse your products online?
At the moment, we don't have an online catalog. To discover our items, visit us in-store or get in touch by phone (02 252 38 01) or email (hello@mavapokemon.com).
3. Are the products always in stock?
Some of our most popular items sell out quickly. We recommend contacting us in advance to check availability before visiting the store.
4. Can I reserve a product?
Yes, you can reserve by phone at 02 252 38 01.
5. How long is my reservation valid?
Reservations are usually valid for 24 hours, unless otherwise indicated at confirmation.
6. Do I need to pay in advance to reserve?
If a deposit is required, it will be specified at the time of reservation. Payment is made in-store upon collection.
7. What types of cards or products do you buy?
We buy graded Pokémon cards (PSA, PCA, Beckett…), as well as sealed products such as boosters, blisters, bundles, gift boxes, ETBs and displays.
8. How does the appraisal of my collection work?
Simply send us a few photos by email for a first free estimate. We'll then finalize the appraisal in-store and give you a precise value.
9. Is payment immediate?
Yes, payment is made immediately once you accept our offer.
10. Where is your store located?
Rue de Flandre 15, 1000 Brussels.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit/credit card, and bank transfer for larger transactions.
