The MAVAPOKÉMON store is operated by:

Products 

We sell official sealed Pokémon products (boosters, boxes, displays, etc.). 

All our products are sold exclusively in-store in Brussels.

Orders and reservations 

• Products cannot be ordered online. 
• Reservation is possible: simply call us to reserve an item available in-store. 
• Reservations are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise agreed.

Prices and payment 

• Prices displayed in-store are expressed in euros, all taxes included. 
• Accepted payment methods: cash, bank card, and bank transfer (for large transactions only). 
• Products must be paid in full at the time of collection.

Product collection 

• Products can only be collected in-store. 
• No delivery service is currently offered.

Right of withdrawal 

Sales made in-store are considered final. No right of withdrawal applies. 

Opened or unsealed products (in the case of sealed items) will not be refunded or exchanged.

Guarantees and liability 

Products sold comply with their description at the time of purchase.

No additional commercial warranty is offered. 

Double King SRL cannot be held liable in cases of:

• improper use of the product,
• deterioration after purchase,
• normal wear and tear.

Collection buybacks 

We buy sealed Pokémon products and collections under the following conditions:

• The seller must be of legal age and present an ID.
• Items are appraised directly in-store based on condition, rarity, and market demand.
• The proposed price is communicated to the seller and, if agreed, paid immediately in cash or by bank transfer (for larger amounts).
• Once the transaction is concluded, it is final: no right of withdrawal applies.

Applicable law and disputes 

These general terms of sale are governed by Belgian law.
